Isolated showers continue to develop over the east coast metro areas along the east coast sea breeze. The strongest storm at 315 PM is located west of Fort Lauderdale over I-75. Lightning strikes associated with this storm are detected as far south as Miramar. It is very important that you protect yourself even if you do not see rain in your area, as lightning can travel long distances. These showers will move slowly and rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. | |
